Jennifer & Macklin's Engagement Session at Boston Public Gardens // Boston, MA

Jenn, Macklin and I met up at Boston Public Garden, where they had their very first date years ago AND where they got engaged this past December. It was only fitting that we capture their engagement photos at this park that is so special to them and where they have spent so much time together.

Talk about the perfect day. It’s always risky scheduling a session in the spring, here is New England. In fact, it had rained the days prior to this shoot and the day after, but Saturday we lucked out with the most perfect weather, and even had sunshine!

Jenn loves to take photos, Macklin even got her a camera for Christmas, but they mentioned that they barely have photos of the two of them. I am so glad I could help with that! They now have photos to hang when they combined their houses and make a home. Plus, they are so ready for their wedding portraits come November. They were seriously naturals in front of the camera. Their sweet personalities and the love they share shines through in the images and I can’t wait to capture all the love and emotion on their wedding day! They are going to be beaming!
