Our First Photo Session as a family of 3

We had our very first photo shoot as a family of three! 

My dear friend Allie of Allie.photo came over when Jude was 10 days old to snap some photos of the 3 of us and I am obsessed with them. I’ve already printed a bunch for myself and all the grandparents, made them my lock/home screen photo on my phone, and of course shared lots of them to social media. But, they are all so beautiful, I can’t keep them to myself, I had to share the whole session with you all! 

I was kind of stressed about this session, to be honest, because well, I had just given birth 10 days ago and now I had to not only get myself ready, but a tiny human too! And clean the whole house, and make sure Jude was fed and happy, plus we got VERY little sleep the night before (it was one of Jude’s worst nights :S).  But it all worked out and was actually really fun. We loved visiting with Allie, and watching her swaddle Jude so seamlessly was super impressive (if anyone needs a newborn photographer, call Allie!) I am so glad we have these photos to remember this new stage in our lives and to look back at how tiny our little Jude was. He has already grown and changed so much just in the past 3 weeks, it’s crazy! I highly recommend having professional photos taken of you and your newborn.
