Greg & Sarah's Seaport Engagement Session // Boston, MA
When Sarah and I first met over coffee and discussed engagement session plans she knew from the start that they wanted to have them done in Boston, because it holds a special place in their heart. Not only is this where her and Greg met, but Sarah’s Dad proposed to her Mother in Boston, along the harbor walk, and Greg proposed to Sarah, not too far from that spot, along the water on the cape. They now live just outside of Boston, so they took the train into Boston a little early so they could have Sarah’s ring cleaned and grab a drink! What a great way to start an engagement session; their nerves were calmed and they were ready for photos and so was Sarah’s ring!
Sarah and Greg were an absolute pleasure to photograph. Their sweet personalities and love for one another really shine through in the photos and made my job so easy. It is so apparent that these two are perfect for one another and I absolutely loved spending the afternoon with them, wandering Boston and talking about their wedding plans, how Greg planned for their families to be waiting for them after he proposed and how it was so special to have everyone there to share their excitement! And they received more exciting news a few days later when Sarah found out she passed her Bar exam!
It’s been a while since I’ve taken the time to really appreciate Boston and all of its beauty, and this engagement session made me do just that. The skyline, the water, the brick, the paths, the history, the awesome shops and just the overall feel you get when you’re in Boston, it really is a beautiful city and I am so happy that it worked out for Allan and I to make it our home.
