Dan & Michelle's Spring Engagement Session // Lowell, MA
I met Dan and Michelle back when we first moved to New England. One of Dan’s co-workers hired me for his wedding and had told him about me. Michelle and Dan needed a wedding photographer, so they contacted me, we met up for coffee and chatted about weddings, life, my moved from Wisconsin to here, and now here we are great friends! Two things that will never ceases to amaze me; how much word of mouth has impacted my business and how many awesome friends this job has brought me. We’ve had dinner a few times, watched a parade, and even played board games together… that’s true friendship.
For their engagement session we truly lucked out with the most perfect weather! The day before it was cold and drizzly, the day after it was pouring rain, but the day of their session it was 72* and sunny! Talking to Michelle once, she had actually described her “perfect temp” as somewhere between 70 and 75, and I would have to agree, it was perfect! Add beautiful blooming trees, and a couple truly in love and you have my idea of a perfect engagement session. Michelle and I had scoped out a location the day before and thought we hit the jackpot when we found 2 lonely blooming trees, funny enough, on the way to that location the next day we spotted a whole row of gorgeous trees and the cutest little park area! I love the brick buildings in the background. Their truly is “a lot to like about Lowell” (That’s Lowell’s slogan, for all of you wondering.) I am so excited to share a few oh my favorite images from this spring engagement session with you all. Annnnd this has me even more excited to celebrate the marriage of Dan and Michelle this October!
